As usual in recent times, the words were those of Mr. Gilbert and the music was that of Sir Arthur. But the production itself was very different from the traditional.

The set, designed by chorus member Martin Jarivis (he's the one third from the left above, not counting the Yeoman in the background) and did not include the usual Tower of London in its usual form on stage.

Instead a large map of that part of the capitalin its time was included in in the otherwise clean and uncomlicatedated look.

The show, directed once again by professional Fraser Grant, ran for five performances including a Saturday matinee and was warmly appreciated the audiences.
